90-Day Spartan Reset
The 90-Day Spartan Reset is a self-led digital coaching programme.
After purchase, you receive access to the programme materials by email or through a private access page.
Because this is a digital programme, access to the materials begins after purchase.
If you purchase by mistake or feel the programme is not suitable, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds are considered fairly and may depend on whether the digital materials have already been accessed or downloaded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Free Discovery Calls
Free discovery calls can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.
If you miss a free discovery call, you may be invited to rebook at a later date depending on availability.
1-to-1 Coaching
1-to-1 coaching may be available by application after a free discovery call.
If paid 1-to-1 coaching is agreed, cancellation and rescheduling terms will be confirmed before payment.
As a general guide, paid coaching sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Missed sessions or late cancellations may be charged in full unless otherwise agreed.
